That is the objective of RetAIn, the new tool developed by the company Ceinsa that has received the support of Innovation and CDTI co-financing of european funds ERDF

Since its inception in 1994, Ceinsa has worked to position itself as a reference in the area of compensation and talent. Its origin responds to a very specific: to provide the market wage a thorough, complete and adapted to local realities. “ At that time there were no wage reports produced by spanish companies, or those who were present were very basic. Our company was born to fill that vacuum with high-quality data and local knowledge ”, recalls its CEO, Josep Capell.

Today, three decades later, the company headquartered in Barcelona offers comprehensive solutions that are members of the strategic consultancy, specialised software, information and training services. All this adapted to the specific needs of each client. The team of Ceinsa consists of 29 people, of which seven directly employed in the area of R + D + I.


Artificial intelligence to retain talent

One of the most ambitious projects of the company in the area of technology, RetAIn a solution that integrates artificial intelligence to help organizations analysis, design and optimize its policy retributive. Development has been endorsed by the CDTI Innovation and co-financing of european funds ERDF, support that has been, according to Capell, “ key to accelerating the project and to increase its impact ”.

In addition, stresses the importance of this type of aid to the ecosystem management as follows: “ Are essential to boost the competitiveness of smes, which often do not have sufficient capacity for funding innovation projects for ourselves ”.

RetAIn automates the allocation of seats on an organizational catalogue from your name and a brief description, automatically generating job description, their valuation and the market wage partner. From a number of variables, you can also predict the risk of brain certain profiles, thus anticipating potential losses of talent. “ Help design policies to more equitable pay competitive internally and externally, with a lower cost than traditional solutions ”, summarizes Capell.

Artificial intelligence is combined with the knowledge accumulated by Ceinsa in the design of wage models. “ our experience in comparative analysis of wages has been essential to develop a solution adapted to the reality of the organizations. Accessibility, scalability and international projection

RetAIn is targeted mainly at medium-sized enterprises, of between 50 and 250 employees, who often lack access to specialized consultancies high cost. Thanks to the use of IA, this solution allows you to democratize access to advanced management tools.
