Publication of the final rulings of the 2010 Call for Applications for the SCIENCE INDUSTRY sub-programme
The CDTI General Director hereby notifies the final ruling for the 2010 call for applications of the sub-programme to support THE SCIENCE INDUSTRY
In order to access the ruling on each case, the applicants may use the links associated to their case in the following list of rulings or may connect directly to the "CDTI Funding Applications Management Website" (https://solicitudes.cdti.es/Internet/accesoSistema.aspx).
In both case, the applicants will have to login using the tax number of the entity and password and will be able to access the decision by selecting their application number in the "PROJECT TRACKING - Submitted" option.
Final ruling
Pursuant to Article 20 the Call for Application Ruling, an administrative appeal can be lodge against this ruling, which ends the administrative channel, with the issuing authority, within one month from its notification, pursuant to Articles 116 and 117 of the Legal System of the Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure Act, of 26 November. Without prejudice to the above, a contentious-administrative appeal can be lodged with the Central Contentious-Administrative Appeal within two months.
