International Offices CDTI
The mission of the Network of International Delegations of the CDTI is to strengthen the competitiveness and positioning of Spanish companies with their own technologies in the international field. To this end, CDTI has international offices called CDTI-SOST (Spanish Office for Science and Technology) in 10 countries (Japan, South Korea, China, India, USA, Morocco, Chile, Brazil, Mexico and Belgium) that provide coverage to a total of 51 countries in the global field.
The main lines of international action of the CDTI are:
- Promote the establishment of institutional collaboration agreements between the CDTI and its counterparts in other countries with similar competences in the field of R&D&I.
- Mobilize financial resources both national and foreign to strengthen companies with Spanish technologies in the international context.
- To detect new international market opportunities for Spanish technology companies.
- Promote the participation of Spanish and international companies in the various international technological cooperation programs and technology transfer of the CDTI.
- Call for events at local level and participation in other international events to spread the opportunities of international technological cooperation between Spanish entities and companies and international partners.
- Promoting Spanish participation in European Programmes, mainly the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation of the European Union > Direct access to the Spanish Horizon Europe Portal
