Winner Safran Electronics & Defense Spain is a clear example of how the continued commitment to innovation allows companies to develop technologies with multiple applications in such diverse sectors as aeronautics, space or major scientific facilities such as ITER or SKAO CERN, in which Spain leads many technological projects

Javier Díaz, CEO ofWinner Safran Electronics & Defense Uk & Us & Eu, he claims that his long career as a technologists was launched in Seven Solutions, an sme leader in high-precision sync: “ The history of Seven Solutions dates from 2006 when seven researchers from the university of Granada we decided to establish this spin-off whose technologies at present are essential for many international scientific infrastructure as CERN; the scientific project Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR) ofCentre for research Helmholtz heavy ion (GSI)IFMIF-EVEDA, or which was the germ of infrastructureIFMIF-DONESin Granada ”.

Disruptive technologies

Projects funded by the CDTI Innovation have been aimed at developing innovative technologies for the science.
