Enrique Cebrián, responsible for r & D, ADD Informática: “ Endorse the CDTI and the FEDER has enabled us to accelerate the development of proprietary technology to transform the socio-health care with Ai and augmented reality ”

The transformation of socio-digital sector is progressing, but there are still challenges ahead: to improve the efficiency, reduce the administrative burden of professionals and, above all, to offer more personalized, and human-centred. On that premise, the valencian company ADD Informática — creator of ResiPlus ® — has launched an innovative project that combines artificial intelligence, augmented reality and voice recognition to revolutionize the management and residential childcare and care centres.

This new development, which had been endorsed by the CDTI Innovation and co-financing of european funds ERDF relies on cutting-edge technologies to anticipate the needs of professionals and provide a more conducive to human experience. “ Thanks to this aid, we have managed to maintain the pace of development and ensure the stability of the project against possible economic uncertainties, ” explains Enrique Cebrián, responsible for R & D & i in the company. “ this support allows us to consolidate our own technology and employment generation of quality and move towards a more robust productive model ”.

Technology that listens, notes and learn

The software developed part of a clear diagnosis: the need for the technological tools suited expeditiously and to different contexts of health needs. “ we wanted to go beyond mere management tool. Opts for a model focused on the person, which allows the professional interact smoothly, with the system and placing where it belongs: in the care, ” says Cebrián.

The platform is also totally multiplatform, with native deployment in web, mobile, tablet and even glasses of augmented reality. “ our goal was to ensure a coherent experience on any device, without duplicating efforts or compromise security or usability, ” explains. This is especially relevant in environments, where social health professionals need flexibility and mobility to operate from different places around the centre.

Artificial intelligence and augmented reality

Beyond the technical architecture, the value proposition of ADD Informática aligns itself with new focus on the person. “ it is not just about digitize processes. We want to offer tools accompanying professionals, to help them make informed choices, foreseeing problems and adapt to the specific needs of each user, ” says Cebrián.

Thanks to the integration of IA, the system has been operating with analysis of feeling and advanced prediction models, which makes it possible to identify patterns of behaviour, anticipate risks or guide interventions before issues arise critics. Over the coming five years, the company visualise a proactive, preventive ecosystem, where technology is no substitute for professional, but it does.

One of the most important innovations of the project is voice interaction. “ the possibility of introducing data, information or execute actions through spoken commands completely changes the dynamics of the work in the centres. Earn agility, reduce errors and improve communication with the users themselves, ” explains Cebrián.
