The CDTI SICC Innvierte of Innovation invests, together with BeAble Innvierte Kets Fund, F.C.R. Captoplastic, for the development of advanced solutions for the detection and removal of microplásticos for wastewater

With this solution, which is also zero waste, Captoplastic is able to withdraw the microplásticos plants in urban areas (WWTP ’ s), cleaning these contaminants from the waters and avoiding that become sludge, so that they can be used for agricultural purposes safely. With its activity, Captoplastic not only improves the quality of water is purified, resulting in greater protection of biodiversity and in less degradation of ecosystems, but also contributes indirectly to the conservation of oceans, seas and marine resources.

The technology developed by Captoplastic also applies in industrial effluents (EDARI ’ s), offering a solution to a wide range of companies such as, for example, water bottling, producers of plastic, textile firms, recycling plants or cosmetic industries and personal care.

This company has a multidisciplinary team, composed of doctors, engineers, technical and financial resources, had received several awards and recognitions and its activity is supported by 10 patents.

The CDTI, through Innovation Innvierte, just closed an operation of investment in this endeavour with BEABLE INNVIERTE KETS F.C.R. FUND, an amount of €994.000.

This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
