Innvierte spent in september around eur 60 million to 5 new coinversiones in risk capital and investment vehicles 2

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, has closed, last september, 5, 1 joint investment of these strategic, amounting to €25.056.000, in particular:

• Arthex Biotech, S.A.(Valencia) develops new treatments, compounds based on RNA jtk microARN inhibitors to myotonic dystrophy (neuromuscular disorder rare). Investment is done with Invivo Ventures, RCF and Columbus Life Sciences Fund III, RCF and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 4.132.000 euros.

• INGELIA, S.L.(Valencia) develops a technology of hydrothermal coking (HTC) able to manage any residue of biomass, including wet waste hydrochar, producing a high-quality, produce or emissions of toxic waste. The investment is done with REPSOL ENERGY VENTURES, S.A. and EASO VENTURES II, S.C.R. and the input of CDTI Innovation is €675,000.

• NANOLIGENT S.L.(Barcelona) is a developing therapies biotech aimed against cancer using proteins organized in nanoparticles and coupled with drugs lymphocyte. Investment is done with INVEREADY BIOTECH IV PARALLEL, SCR, S.A. and INVEREADY BIOTECH IV, SCR S.A. and the input of CDTI Innovation is 3.6 million euros.

• NUUBO (SMART SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.)(Valencia) designs and manufactures wireless medical devices for the prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation of cardiac abnormalities by means of monitoring and analysis of heart rhythm. Investment is done with NUUBO FCRE INVESTMENTS and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 3.233.000 euros.

In addition, in line with strategic enterprises, the CDTI innovation has committed €13.416.000 companyPAYLOAD AEROSPACE, S.L.(Alicante), which develops technologies of launch of small satellites.

Since january 2025 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in 51 companies with a commitment to 145,68 million euros, and has closed investments in 8 investment vehicles with a commitment of 685,75 million euros.

Investment vehicles:

In addition, during the last september, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, committed by investing in two investment vehicles amounting to €34.750.000. In particular:

• 4FOUNDERS CAPITAL FUND III, F.C.R.E., €70.000.000 managed by the manager 4Founders Capital (Barcelona); invest in companies in phases pre-seed and seed with global ambition and a strong focus on generation of EBITDA and a high income growth, driven by a high technological content and efficient use of capital. Focus on technology startups B2B models use SaaS and strong of IA, especially in sectors such as fintech, business services, traveltech, cybersecurity or “ developer tools ”. The commitment of the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte, is 14.750.000 euros.
• SC NET ZERO VENTURES FUND I, F.C.R.E.managed by Suma Capital SGEIC, S.A. (Barcelona); invest in companies in expansionary phase (scale-ups) with climate technologies aimed at the decarbonisation of industry, energy and mobility. The commitment of CDTI Innovation through Innvierte, is eur 20 million.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI innovation has committed 2.847 M €in 63 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 632 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of 726 M €in 191 companies.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
