In may Innvierte allocates over 5.2 million to eur 7 new coinversiones in risk capital

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, has closed, last may, seven joint investment operations, including a strategic, amounting to €5.236.000, in particular:

• AORTYX, S.L.develops a new generation of endovasculares patches for the repair of the aorta and the tissue biointegración aórtico. Investment is done with Ship2B Ventures through BSocial Impact Fund, FESE and BSocial Impact FESE, S.A. and NARA HEALTH CAPITAL I, F.C.R. and the input of CDTI Innovation is €2,070,000.
• BIONIC MOBILITY SOLUTIONS, S.L. (ROBOPEDICS)develops a robotized orthopaedic solution for patients of stroke. Investment is done with MONDRAGÓN RCF PROMOTION FUND and the input of CDTI Innovation is eur 135,000
• CAPTOPLASTIC S.L.develops innovative technology, capable of controlling and capturing the microplásticos to combat its pollutive effects in aqueous media, promoting sustainability and environmental protection. The investment is done with BEABLE INNVIERTE KETS FUND RCF and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 994.000 euros.
• FLOATECH S.L.has developed a process for the manufacture of nanomaterials of high added value from precursor gases and termo catálisis. Currently produces Anodes nano for the new generation of ion-Litio used batteries. Investment is done with GROW SEED FUND I, F.C.R.E. (Grow Venture Partners) and BSV, F.C.R.E. (Big South Ventures SGEIC, S.A) and the commitment of the CDTI innovation is eur 360 000.
• GENERAL EQUIPMENT FOR MEDICAL IMAGING, S.A. (ONCOVISION)develops and promotes innovative diagnostic image for the detection and treatment of cancer and various neurological conditions. The investment is done with ACE 53, S.L.U. and the input of CDTI Innovation is €0.72
• MEDICAL PLASMA DISPLAYS, S.L.develop new treatments for chronic wounds and ulcers technology-based atmospheric plasma. Investment is done with Navarra Tech Transfer, RCF and R + D + I Technology Transfer, RCF and the input of CDTI Innovation is 53,000 euros.

In addition, in line with strategic enterprises, the CDTI innovation has committed €904,000 companyPAYLOAD AEROSPACE, S.L.technologies developed for the launch of small satellites.

Since january 2025 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in 31 companies with a commitment of 62,44 million euros, and has closed investments in 4 investment vehicles with a commitment of 283,5 million euros.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI innovation has committed 2,183 M €in 57 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 602 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of 632 M €in 188 businesses.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
