In june Innvierte spent nearly 300 million euros to eight new coinversiones in risk capital and an investment vehicle

Since january 2025 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in 39 companies with a commitment to 67,82 million euros, and committed investments in 5 investment vehicles with a commitment of 577,5 millions of euros

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, has closed, last june, 8 joint investment operations, including a strategic, amounting to €4.832.000, in particular:

  • CANDAM TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.(Barcelona) spanish company specialized in the development of technology IoT to digitise the waste cycle and pioneer in the characterization of packaging, is dedicated to design and layout of proprietary tools of hardware and software for incentive schemes for citizens, deposit systems and generation. Investment is done with KIC INNOENERGY S.E., ENION I ENERGY, F.C.R.E., S.A. and ENION I ENERGY FUND, FCRE, vehicles administered by Suma Capital, and IMPACT VENTURES I. PRIVATE EQUITY FUND and the input of CDTI Innovation is 135,000 euros.
  • COCUNAT, S.L. (Barcelona) is a company that develops digital native cosmetics with results of aesthetic medicine merging r & D, science and ingredients toxic free investment is done with AFIGEST GLOBAL CORPORATION, S.L. (Group Álea), and the input of CDTI Innovation is €900,000.
  • KOA Biotech(Barcelona), agritech company focused on biotechnology applied to aquaculture, develops biosensores based devices to continually monitor pathogens from fish farms, allowing farmers to anticipate infections. Investment is done with SWANLAAB INNVIERTE AGRIFOOD F.C.R. TECH, and the input of CDTI Innovation is 500,000 euros.
  • NEXT-GEN LEATHER, S.L.(Madrid) is a company that, through biotechnology applied and synthetic biology, develops new bio-material as an alternative to free leather animal damage also addressed urgent global challenges, such as the circular economy and local production. The investment is done with BEABLE INNVIERTE KETS F.C.R. FUND, and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 948.000 euros.
  • NICHE MOBILITY, S.L.(Girona) is a company that develops technological solutions to mobility. Its proprietary technology features a motor with digital marches for electric bicycles. Investment is done with MONDRAGÓN PROMOTION FUND RCF II and the input of CDTI innovation is €504,000.
  • UPTECH SENSING, S.L.(Navarra) develops systems and equipment to monitor changes in temperature and defacement of critical civilian labour force and special pieces (electricity, transport monitoring wind product, etc.) using optical fibre networks distributed. The investment is done with Navarra Tech Transfer RCF and the input of CDTI is 90,000 euros.
  • 2EyesVision(Madrid), technology-based company with origin at the CSIC, allows the patient before a cataract operation or presbyopic, experience how will look different lenses intraoculares. Investment is done with ACE 53, S.L.U. and the input of CDTI Innovation is of 315,000 euros.

In addition, in line with strategic enterprises, the CDTI innovation has committed €1,440,000 companyPAYLOAD AEROSPACE, S.L.(Alicante), which develops technologies of launch of small satellites.

Since january 2025 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in 39 companies with a commitment to 67,82 million euros, and has closed investments in 5 investment vehicles with a commitment of 577,5 million euros.

Investment vehicles

In addition, during the last june, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, committed investments in an investment vehicle in the amount of €294.000.000. In particular:

  • AEROSPACE & DEFENCE NAZCA, F.C.R. INAZCA, managed by CAPITAL, SGEIC, S.A. (Madrid), will invest in areas of security and defence, aerospace, with particular focus on companies that develop dual-use solutions (civil and defence). The commitment of the CDTI Innovation is 294 million euros.


Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI innovation has committed 2,661 M €in 61 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 609 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of 718 M €in 190 firms.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
