The CDTI Innovation reinforces the ecosystem in An entrepreneurial Startup Marbella 2025

Since its first call for aid in 1977, the CDTI innovation has been a key player in the transformation of the ecosystem of innovation in Spain. In 2025, the institution comes to An Startup Marbella with an ambitious agenda that goes beyond the mere presence exhibition: aims to connect with entrepreneurs, investors, universities and administrations to activate technological projects with global potential. This year, the CDTI prioritizes initiatives favouring the internationalization of startups, the strengthening of strategic value chains and the incorporation of disruptive technologies.

By 2024, SICC Innvierte of CDTI Innovation closed more than 120 joint investment operations with venture capital funds public and private, to mobilize more than €400 million in funding rounds for spanish startups.

In parallel to-face events, the CDTI innovation is integrated into the virtual platform of networking event, the digital environment that will conclude one-to-one meetings, exchange projects documentation and prolong the talks beyond Marbella. It is hoped that more than 300 startups and 150 investors from 20 countries use this tool during and after the event, multiplying the international reach of CDTI action.
