The CDTI Innovation Council allocates 9.4 million euros for 16 new business R&D&I projects

Of the 16 companies involved in the development of these projects, 5 receive funding from CDTI Innovation for the first time and 11 are SMEs. Of the 16 operations approved, 7 are co-financed with POPE 2021-2027 funds

The Governing Council of the CDTI Innovation, Public Business Entity (E.P.E.) Attached to the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, in September it approved 16 new R&D&I projects with a total budget of 12.61 million euros, of which the CDTI Innovation will contribute 9.46 million euros and include a non-reimbursable tranche of 1.89 million euros. The number of operations approved by the CDTI Innovation is 16 and all projects belong to the loan modality.

The development of these projects involves 16 companies, of which 5 receive funding from the CDTI Innovation for the first time and 11 are SMEs. These companies have 35 people dedicated to the proposed objectives.

The Multiregional Operational Program of Spain 2021-2027 allows the CDTI Innovation to offer a non-refundable tranche of up to 30% to projects that have cofinancing of this program, regardless of the size of the beneficiary.
