Innvierte allocates in June 95.8 million euros to 7 new co-investments in risk capital and 1 investment vehicle
Since January 2026, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has closed co-investment operations in 26 companies with a commitment of 74.2 million euros and has committed investments in 10 investment vehicles with a commitment of 650.1 million euros
The CDTI Innovation, promoter and sole shareholder of the company Innvierte, closed, last June, 7 co-investment operations, one of them strategic, amounting to 20,807,000 euros, in particular:
- BIOCROSS, S.L. (Valladolid) develops early diagnosis systems, based on the ApoE4 biomarker, to improve the hope and quality of life of people through the detection of pathologies such as Alzheimer's, dementias and cardiovascular diseases, among others. The investment is made with CRB BIO II, FCR and the contribution of the CDTI Innovation is 45,000 euros.
- CAPTOPLASTIC, S.L. (Madrid) develops advanced solutions for the detection and disposal of microplastics in wastewater. The investment is made with BEABLE INNVIERTE KETS FUND FCR and the contribution of the CDTI Innovation is 360,000 euros.
- IENAI SPACE S.L. (Madrid) develops electric propulsion systems for space missions and software tools to simulate and plan satellite maneuvers. The investment is made with GED RELATO VENTURES FCR and the contribution of the CDTI Innovation is 450,000 euros.
- GENIOVA TECHNOLOGIES S.L. (Madrid) is a pioneer company in invisible orthodontics, which offers a new aligner technology with a new product, which accelerates the movement of teeth, to accelerate the alignment process. The investment is made with INVEREADY INNVIERTE CONVERTIBLE TECH NOTES I S.C.R, S.A. and the contribution of the CDTI Innovation is 812,000 euros.
- TELUM THERAPEUTICS, S.L. (Navarra) desarrolla nuevas terapias antimicrobianas para luchar contra cepas bacterianas multirresistentes que causan distintas enfermedades. The company uses artificial intelligence and synthetic biology to create its treatments and this funding will allow progress in Phase 1 clinical development. La inversión se realiza con INVIVO VENTURES, FCR, NAVARRA TECH TRANSFER FCR, UN I+d+i TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER FCR, INVEREADY BIOTECH IV, S.C.R., S.A, INVEREADY BIOTECH IV PARALLEL, S.C.R., SA, AMR ACTION FUND LP and AMR ACTION FUND, SCSp and the contribution of the CDTI Innovation is 5,244,000 euros.
- 2 EYES VISION, SL. (Madrid) is an innovative company in ophthalmological technology that promotes the development of technologies for diagnosis and vision correction. The investment is carried out together with ACE 53, SLU and BULLNET CAPITAL III, SOCIEDAD DE CAPITAL-RISK SME, S.A. and the contribution of the CDTI Innovation is 167,000 euros.
In addition, in the line of strategic companies, CDTI Innovation has committed 13.7 million euros in the company BEGAS MOTOR, S.L. (Vizcaya), a technological company dedicated to the design and manufacture of engines of heavy vehicles propelled by low emission fuel Autogas or Bioautogas.

In addition, last June, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has committed investments in an investment vehicle for an amount of up to 75 million euros. In particular:
- SC SUSTAINABLE EXPANSION FUND III PLUS, FCRE is a fund managed by SUMA CAPITAL SGEIC, S.A., an independent manager specialized in sustainable investment with headquarters in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris and Milan. The fund was created with the aim of boosting the growth of expanding companies with positive impact, mainly profitable scale-ups, through equity and quasi-equity instruments, supporting long-term growth plans. The geographical focus is mostly in Spain, although investments are also contemplated in other countries of the European Union and its environment. The commitment of the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, is up to 75 million euros. This new fund promotes the sustainable growth of the business fabric and the creation of long-term value for investors and society.
Innvierte
Innvierte is an initiative whose objective is to promote business innovation by supporting venture capital investment in technology-based or innovative companies. This program is implemented through the closed-ended collective investment company Innvierte Economía Permanente SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and subject to the supervision of the National Securities Market Commission and of which CDTI Innovation is a single shareholder.
To date, the CDTI Innovation has committed, through Innvierte, 3,830.2 M€ in 67 investment vehicles and, through its co-investment line, has directly committed an amount of 938.3 M€ in 197 companies.
Innvierte is part of the Spanish Strategy of Science, Technology and Innovation 2021-2027, approved by Agreement of the Council of Ministers, in September 2020. This Strategy contains the objectives, reforms and measures that must be adopted throughout the field of R+D+I in order to boost its growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the Government's R+D+I policy for the coming years is based.
