The CDTI Innovation through Innvierte, adopts 45 new coinversiones and participate in 7 investment vehicles, with a commitment to more than 952 million euros

Since january 2025 and to date, Innvierte adopted 45 new coinversiones, three strategic, in the Bio, health and agri-food (18), ICT (8), industry (10), energy and environment (8) and other (1) and the commitment to participate in 7 investment vehicles

The commitment to investment by the CDTI Innovation is more than 952 million euros

The CDTI innovation, innovation agency of the ministry of science, innovation and universities, as a promoter of the initiative Innvierte and sole shareholder of this society, adopted during the year 2025 the co-investment in 45 enterprises committing Innvierte 145.9 billion, of which 80.3 million euros are committed to three strategic coinversiones.

The coinversiones adopted 19 initial investments in new enterprises and 26 are investments in the follow-up of businesses in portfolio.

With regard to the sectors and comprises the coinversiones according to the following table:

The non-strategic coinversiones will accompany 71 investors who have previously been authorised by Innvierte and will provide 83.7 million euros.

Apart from the commitments in coinversiones has undertaken further participation in 7 investment vehicles with a financial contribution of up to 806,3 million euros; a global commitment to 952,2 million euros.

So far this year, has also adopted the approval of 16 new private investors professionals, the total number of investors authorised by Innvierte so far totals 185. Of these, 144 active investors are applying to joint investment Innvierte.


Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI innovation has committed 2,661 M €in 61 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 609 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of 718 M €in 190 firms.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
