The CDTI Innovation spreads an expression of interest for technological collaboration with the United States in artificial intelligence, data science and cybersecurity
The initiative offers Spanish entities the possibility to explore future collaborations with a leading American university in areas related to advanced digital technologies
The Penn State University (PSU) has expressed its interest in establishing partnerships with Spanish entities, including companies, universities, technology centres and public bodies, in the fields of artificial intelligence, data science and cybersecurity.
This initiative involves the Institute for Computational and Data Sciences (ICDS) and the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) of the PSU, two centers with outstanding capabilities in applied artificial intelligence and machine learning, high-performance computing, advanced data analysis, autonomous systems, secure communications and cybersecurity, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence technologies in sectors such as agriculture, health, energy and materials.
Possible collaborations could focus on areas such as artificial intelligence applied to different sectors, digital infrastructures, intelligent systems or data security.
Spanish entities interested in exploring opportunities for collaboration with Penn State University should send an email to USA@cdti.es including the following information:
- Data of the entity and contact person
- Brief description of the entity
- Technological R&D capabilities
- List of projects approved by the CDTI
- Any additional information that is considered relevant.
The information received will be evaluated and, where appropriate, shared with Penn State University to assess possible opportunities for bilateral collaboration.
