The CDTI Innovation seeks a Spanish company to collaborate with Taiwan in blockchain technologies
Taiwanese company Turing Chain Ltd. is looking for a Spanish company to develop an R&D project focused on blockchain technologies applied to reliable digital identity solutions, verifiable credentials and secure document verification
Turing Chain Ltd. is a Taiwanese company specialized in solutions based on blockchain technologies that develops solutions aimed at governments, companies, universities, health systems, international organizations and financial, energy and real estate sectors, among others, for the verification of digital credentials, digital identity and electronic documentation.
The company has experience in verification technologies through public blockchain, interoperability with W3C DID/VC and OpenID4VC/OpenID4VP standards, PKI digital signatures and systems aligned with security and privacy standards such as ISO 27001/27701 and GDPR. This has allowed it to have a broad client portfolio reaching 500 institutions, protect more than 5 million electronic credentials and support more than 40 government clients.
The Taiwanese company seeks to collaborate with a Spanish entity to co-develop and implement reliable digital identity solutions, verifiable credentials and document verification with cross-border scope, ensuring data privacy, interoperability and integrity.
The planned applications are aimed at sectors of high technological impact such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, intelligent manufacturing, circular economy, green energies and biotechnology.
The proposal aims to present the TSIP 2026 call between Spain and Taiwan, which is scheduled to open on September 7, 2026 and whose deadline for submission will end on November 19, 2026.
