The CDTI Innovation search a spanish company to work with taiwan on a technological project for the management of fisheries and marine environment
The taiwanese company PhaseTech specialised in the development of maritime technology is developing an advanced system of follow-up and monitoring, known as Electronic Monitoring Systems (EMS), fishing and the protection of the marine environment
PhaseTech is a company of taiwan is specialized in maritime technological solutions, ranging from software to specialized hardware for the sector. Among its most prominent developments is DeepSea9, a monitoring system of fishing vessels currently used by the Agency and Taiwan. The company is also active in the marine data analysis, design of observers, the integration of technologies and visualization IoT geographical and computing applied to the ocean environment.
In this context, looking for a partner PhaseTech english to collaborate in a project focusing on the design and implementation of innovative solutions in analysis of data, geographic information systems (GIS), software development and integration technology with a direct application in the marine realm and the fishing industry. The main objective of the project is the joint development of an advanced system of follow-up and monitoring for the management of fisheries and marine environment, the system Electronic Monitoring Systems.

This project would be submitted to the third bilateral called TSIP 2025 between spain and taiwan, which is planned for september, with closure on 27 november 2025.
