The CDTI Innovation search a spanish company to work with Egypt in an r & D in animal feed industry
The university of alexandria seeks a spanish company interested in participating in a research project focused on the development of probiotics, postbióticos and other innovative solutions for animal nutrition
The project will run in collaboration with theDepartment of Fisheries and Animal Production, university of Alexandria (Egypt), which has extensive experience in research and training in areas such as animal breeding and animal food, health management.
The project's objective is to investigate the microbiological fermentation bioproductos agro-industry to produce postbióticos probiotics, and other alternatives to animal feed that valorize the ubiquitous nutrient agri-food waste (waste d harvests, food processing, etc.). The project seeks to improve the health of livestock, finding microbiological insurance to improve their immunity, increase productivity and reduce reliance on conventional sources, incorporating advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, genomics, proteomics and metabolómica to optimise the processes of fermentation and scalability of production.
The proposal aims to be submitted to the call 2025 for the development of r & D projects between spanish and egyptian entities within the framework of theInnovation programme Egipto-españa (ESIP, by its initials in english), open until 3 december 2025.
