The SMART Eureka cluster, an international initiative aimed at promoting collaborative R&D&I projects in the field of advanced manufacturing, has opened its 10th international call for projects, aimed at companies and entities interested in developing technological initiatives together with international partners.

The 10th call is structured in two phases. The first provides for the submission of draft projects (Project Outline, PO), which will remain open until January 26, 2027. The selected proposals will then be able to submit the complete project (Full Project Proposal, FPP), whose deadline will be April 15, 2027.

The projects will be evaluated by independent experts and by the national funding agencies of the participating countries. Those who obtain a favorable evaluation will receive the SMART Eureka seal, recognition that facilitates access to the national financing instruments of the partners that make up each project.

The tenth edition is supported by 24 countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Turkey and United Kingdom.

Interested entities can consult the full call schedule, access the proposal submission platform and request support for project preparation through the SMART office.

The event is aimed at potential participants of the call and will offer a space to present project ideas, identify international partners and know in detail the characteristics of the tenth call of projects, thus favoring the preparation of more competitive proposals.
