The CDTI Innovation search a spanish company to assist Ghana in the development of a vaccine for the african population
The ghanaian company DEK Vaccines Limited technological cooperation requested of a spanish company with which to develop and validate a vaccine hexavalente effectively in the african population and research in monoclonal antibodies for infectious diseases
With an investment of 122,6 million,DEK Vaccines Limitedplans to produce, annually, 600 million doses of a number of vaccines, malaria and other diseases, such as the Human Papillomavirus (HPV), pneumonia, cholera and also to combat rotavirus.
In september 2023, DEK Vaccines signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Vaccine Institute (IVI) and EuBiologics to transfer technology and start local production of oral polio vaccine against cholera in Ghana.

The technological cooperation project that will be carried out between the DEK Vaccines Limited and the spanish company may be submitted this year to the convening of r & D projects calledInternational Technology cooperation and follow-up with Unilateral Certification.
