In march Innvierte allocates more than eur 31 million to four new coinversiones in risk capital

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, has closed, last march, four joint investment operations, amounting to €31.134.000, in particular:

• HERKO ALTERNATIVE TRUCKS, S.L.manufactures ecological trucks small last mile, powered by a motor of biogas. Investment is done with BBK FUNDAZIOA, projects AGUAMARINA S.L., EASO VENTURES II SCR SA, FULL GLOBAL INVESTMENTS, SCR, S.A. and EKARPEN PRIVATE EQUITY, S.A. and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 4.221.000 euros.
• PANGEA AEROSPACE, S.L.place a system of space propulsion. The follow-up investment is done with HYPERION FUND RCF and COUSIN SPACE FUND and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 8.550.000 euros.

In addition, in line with strategic enterprises, the CDTI innovation has committed €16.746.000 companyXOOPLE, S.L., which develops technological solutions based on Artificial Intelligence to earth observation; and committed 1.617.000 euros in the companyPAYLOAD AEROSPACE, S.L.technologies developed for the launch of small satellites.

Since january 2025 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte, has closed operations in 15 joint investment companies, with a commitment to 39,05 million and €committed investments in 3 investment vehicles with a sum of eur 233,5 million.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, committed 1.875 M €in 55 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 599 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of 601 M €in 178 companies.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
