Le escribo desde la oficina del ILO de España en CERN, encargada de hacer de enlace entre el CERN y la industria española designado por CDTI.
El CERN (Laboratorio Europeo de Física de Partículas) situado en Ginebra (Suiza) es un organismo internacional para la investigación en física de partículas. Esta Gran Instalación Científica contrata suministros y servicios industriales de alto nivel tecnológico para el diseño, construcción y mantenimiento de sus instalaciones; más de 500 millones de € en 2024.
Le escribo porque se acaba de publicar la documentación para el suministro descrito en la especificación adjunta. Les invito a leerla con detalle:
MS-5127/HSE/FCC - Provision of Engineering Consultancy Services for the Management of Excavation Material for the Future Circular Collider (FCC) Study
This Technical Description concerns the provision of engineering
consultancy services for the development of a preliminary management plan
of excavation material for the Future Circular Collider (FCC) Study at CERN,
within the framework of the Pre-Technical Design Review (Pre-TDR) phase.
This plan shall address, in an integrated manner, all stages of the excavation
material handling and management process, including but not limited to
detailed classification of materials according to their geological, geotechnical,
and environmental characteristics; identification and implementation of
appropriate storage and handling solutions; assessment and selection of
feasible treatment methods; and the determination of viable recovery, or
disposal routes. All proposed strategies and solutions shall be fully compliant
with applicable French and Swiss regulatory requirements.
The present Market Survey will be followed by the issue of an Invitation to Tender to qualified and selected Firms or Group of Firms foreseen for Q4 2025 for a Contract to start in Q1 2026 for a duration of one year with up to two threemonth optional extensions. The future Invitation to Tender will be adjudicated on a lowest compliant bid basis.

Se había dado de plazo provisional hasta el 17 de octubre de 2025 para enviar el cuestionario técnico, que servirá para seleccionar a las empresas que serán invitadas a ofertar. No obstante, mientras el enlace adjuntado siga accesible, aún sería posible participar, aunque se hubiese vencido el plazo.
