In april Innvierte spent about eur 19 million to 9 new coinversiones in risk capital

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, has closed, last april, nine joint investment operations, amounting to €18.858.000, in particular:

• ANACONDA BIOMED, S.L.catheters develops sweep an advanced system for improving the performance of the mechanical trombectomías in the treatment of acute ischaemic stroke. Investment is done with INNOGEST CAPITAL II FUND and the commitment of the CDTI Innovation is 720 euros.
• ARKADIA AEROSPACE PROPULSION & TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS, S.L. (ARKADIA SPACE)it is a company dedicated to the development of green propulsion systems. Its technology permits mobility in the area of satellites and space platforms offering an efficient and sustainable alternative to traditional solutions. Investment is done with DRAPER B1 III RCF SMES FCRE and commitment of CDTI Innovation is eur 360 000.
• DEEPULL DIAGNOSTICS, S.L. (deepull)develops a system of diagnosis of live fast and affordable to patients presintomáticos. Investment is done with HIGH Life Sciences Spain I, RCF; Columbus Life Sciences Fund IV, RCF; Sabadell Asabys Health Innovation Investments II, RCF and Sabadell Asabys Health Innovation Investments 2B, SCR, SA; and the input of CDTI Innovation is eur 10,000,000.
• Innovative CSR Technologies and consulting, S.L. (APLANET)develops a technology platform for the management aspects related to corporate social responsibility and sustainability: non-financial information with environmental indicators, social and economic investment is done with MICHELENA VENTURES, SL, and the commitment of the CDTI innovation is €300,000.
• IRONCHIP TELCO, S.L.desarrolla productos de ciberseguridad, basados en localización inteligente. La inversión se realiza con EASO VENTURES S.C.R., S.A., INVEREADY FIRST CAPITAL III, S.C.R., S.A. e INVEREADY FIRST CAPITAL III PARALLEL, F.C.R. y la aportación del CDTI es de 101.000 euros.
• MEDSAVANA, S.L. (SAVANA)place a system of Artificial Intelligence to support and improve the clinical decisions based on data from patient population. The investment is done with RELATED GED VENTURES RCF and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 901.000 euros.
• NUAGE PHARMACEUTICALS, S.L. (Nuage Tx)develops new drugs targeting therapeutic targets considered unaffordable to date (proteins Inherently Untidy). Investment is done with Sofinnova Capital X and the commitment of the CDTI Innovation is 1.8 million euros.
• SMART SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. (NUUBO)designs and manufactures wireless medical devices for monitoring and analysis of the heart rate for the prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation of cardiac abnormalities. Investment is done with NUUBO INVESTMENTS FCRE and commitment of CDTI Innovation is 666,000 euros.
• UNIVERSAL DIAGNOSTICS, S.A.develops a technology platform for the detection of colon cancer in blood. Investment takes place with UNIVERSAL DX S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF and the input of CDTI Innovation is €4,011,000 may.

Since january 2025 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in 25 companies with a commitment of 57,79 million euros, and has closed investments in 4 investment vehicles with a commitment of 283,5 million euros.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI innovation has committed 2,183 M €in 57 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 602 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of 632 M €in 188 businesses.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
