INNOGLOBAL 2025

The Projects INNOGLOBAL 2025 fall within the "transfer programme" and collaboration of the state Plan of scientific and technical research and Innovation (PEICTI) (2024-2027). Specifically, are placed in the "Subprogramme for further collaboration within and between Public and private sectors" that provides for the financing of r & D & I projects in collaboration, both between various private actors such as with OPIs and universities, whose objective is to propose solutions to cross-cutting and strategic challenges for society.

Similarly, the convening INNOGLOBAL 2025 falls within the sectional programme on Internationalization of "" PEICTI, which aims to leverage funding for r & D projects of an international character to enhance the presence of Spain in r + D + I, in particular its role in the european research area, facilitating collaboration with foreign partners.

Overall Objective

It will finance the activity of spanish companies participating in international consortia of r & D in the context of international technology cooperation and international cooperation to Big Science.

Beneficiaries

Beneficiaries may be small and medium-sized enterprises (SMES) and large companies with the following limits:

a) the development of the project were found in the canary islands, or,

(b) the age of 499 employees (small capitalization medium than smes),

as long as they have formed validly, an independent legal personality and tax residency in Spain, and develop the activity subject to aid in Spain.

In no case exceed the maximum amount of co-financing allocated by Autonomous Community or the total budget of invitation (25,000,000 euros).

The availability of erdf funds in the autonomous region in which it placed the project will be a requirement to obtain funding.

Characteristics of the assitance

Subvention to the extent of maximum intensity: 65 per cent large company, 75 per cent Medium-Sized Enterprises and 80 per cent.

The amount of aid individualized is determined by the eligible cost real project, the characteristics of the beneficiary of development of the project in assisted areas, the availability of budgetary resources, the maximum rate of cofinancing ERDF according to the region development project and the maximum amount of erdf funds available in each region:

Less developed regions:(to 85 per cent) - Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, Ceuta and Melilla.

Regions in transition:(up to 60 per cent and up to 85 per cent in the canary islands) - Balearic Islands, canary islands, castile and león, valencia, Galicia and region of Murcia.

In any case, the subvention to grant by the beneficiary must not be less than 33 per cent of eligible budget.

For each project and beneficiary, the maximum intensity of aid be measured by the weight of each type of activity (industrial research and development pilot project) and the maximum intensity in each case.

The amount of aid may not exceed the thresholds set out in article 4 of the rules of procedure (EU) no. 651/2014, of 17 june 2014.

Characteristics of the project

Multi-year projects whose development would take place in one of the following autonomous communities and Autonomous Cities:

Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, Balearic Islands, canary islands, castile and león, valencia, Galicia, region of Murcia, Ceuta and Melilla.

Minimum eligible budget: €175,000.

Duration: home in 2025 or 2026. Finalization: 31 december 2027 to 30 june 2028. We must seek assistance to 2026.

Balanced distribution of the budget over the duration of the project.

Shall be r & D projects undertaken within the framework of:

Programmes of international technology cooperation:Multilateral programmes, bilateral or unilateral action.

International cooperation programmes for Big Science.

To support the participation in those programmes, each participant should:

Programmes of international technology cooperation by multilateral, bilateral and unilateral:

· The applicant, before the application for support to this year, should have completed the CDTI an application for participation in any of these programmes.

· Before provisional resolution to convene this meeting, the project should have obtained the international certification by the relevant agency or report on international dimension issued by the CDTI. The date of the international certification scheme may not be prior to 1 january 2025.

These circumstances will be tested by the CDTI.

International cooperation programme Big Science:

· The applicant must contribute, together with its request for help, a statement responsible on the existence in accordance with international partners to develop an r & D that clearly identified the Scientific Infrastructure and technical Singular (ICTS) or agency and International Scientific Infrastructure which guide future results of the project.

Call funding

The availability of funds from ERDF in all the autonomous communities which placed the project will be a requirement to obtain funding.

The grants are funded from the CDTI and heritage of ERDF funds 2021-2027.

Projects should meet the requirements defined in annex I to the summons.

Gastos elegibles

Are the following direct costs:

· Staff costs: staff costs against the draft itself must correspond to personnel discharged at a workplace of the Autonomous community of development defined in the resolution of the concession contract.

· Costs of equipment and material inventariable.

· Costs of contractual research, expertise and patents acquired or obtained by license from external sources.

· General expenses and other additional operating costs resulting directly from the project.

· Expenditure of the report by an auditor, up to 1,500 per beneficiary and annuity.

• Travel costs arising directly from the project linked to the coordination meetings among the members of the groupement, up to a limit of 10,000 per beneficiary.

· Indirect costs of project, which will be calculated and against the project in terms of the methodology of costs, a fixed cost 15 per cent of staff costs.

Evaluation criteria

· International projection of the proposal and the consortium: 0-25 points (line 12).

· Capacity of the spanish company in connection with the proposal: 0-15 points.

· Technology and innovation of the proposal: 0-30 points (threshold 15).

· Plan of operation of the project: 0-15 points.

· The socio-economic and environmental Impact: 0-15 points.

Incentive effect

The aid of this year should be incentive effect.

Accumulation and incompatibilities of additional aid perception

The aid granted in the framework of this call is incompatible, during its implementation period, with any other public aid prior or subsequent to the given, with identical objectives and purpose.

Specific conditions for the grant

· In no case may be susceptible to help those actions that directly or indirectly cause significant harm to the environment, in accordance with article 17 of the rules of procedure (EU) 2020/852 of the european parliament and the council of 18 june 2020 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investments and amending council regulation (EU) 2019/2008, as well as raw excluded are set forth in article 7 of the rules of procedure (EU) 2021/1058 of the european parliament and the council of 24 june 2021.
