Groupings of Technological Centres and/or support centres for Technological Innovation state inscribed on theRegistration of Technological centres.

• The groupings should be constituted by a minimum of 4 and a maximum of seven facilities.
• The coordinating body of the task should be a technology centre.
• Each centre shall be set forth in a maximum of 4 requests, although only one of them you can refer to the priority technologies set forth in annex II. In total, only may act in two of them as coordinator.

• Members must signed an agreement governing the internal functioning of the grouping in the context of the project.

60.000.000 euros, out of the general budget of the state of 2023 extended to 2025:

• eur 50 million for the game 28.08.467C.74927. This funding will be used exclusively for strategic programmes in priority technologies Cervera del Annex I (technologies related to security and defence).
• eur 10,000,000 for the game 28.08.467C.74911. This funding will be allocated to strategic programmes in priority technologies Cervera del Annex II (civil technologies).

Financing of the activities necessary to achieve the objectives set out in the strategic programmes of r + D + I submitted by beneficiaries.

Grants up to 100 per cent of the strategic programme submitted by the cluster.

It will not be subject to help the realization of economic activities.

Obtaining aid will be the accreditation of the beneficiary as "centre of excellence Cervera".

Multi-year projects developed in any spanish CC.AA..

• Minimum eligible budget: €2,000,000.
• Maximum eligible budget: €6,000,000.
• Minimum participation by entity: 10 per cent of the budget is eligible.
• Maximum participation by entity: 35 per cent of eligible budget (except that of coordinator, who shall be up to 50 per cent of the budget eligible).

Multi-year duration: 3 or 4 years, starting in 2026.

Balanced budget distribution throughout the duration of the strategic programme funded.

The participation of members of the task should be balanced, so that the coordinator of not more than 50 per cent of the budget requested and of the partners is between 10 and 35 per cent of the budget requested.

The Strategic Programmes may include one or more priority technologies Cervera belonging to the same technological Area (see Annexes I and II of the call).

Participants will respond to potential obligations of compensation for activities that have been undertaken to make. In case of breach of that obligation, all members of the grouping and severally liable.

To be accepted the following direct costs:

• Cost of staff. It will finance the dedication of researchers, technicians and assistants, staff of grantee as new hires.
• Costs of purchasing, leasing, financial leases (leasing), maintenance, repair and amortization of tangible assets necessary for the performance.
• Acquisition costs of intangible assets.
• Cost of consumables, supplies and similar products.
• Costs of the request of industrial and intellectual property rights and other costs associated with the maintenance of These.
• Costs of external service contracts and win up to 25 per cent of the budget be financed for each beneficiary. Cannot be outsourced activities among members of the consortium.
• Costs of managing shared facilities.
• Costs of publishing and disseminating results (up to 5000 euro payee/year)
• Costs of the training of personnel to the performance (up to 20,000 euros payee/year)
• Registration costs in congresses, seminars, conferences, workshops and the like (up to 10,000 euros payee/year)
• Cost of using and access to ICTS and great scientific facilities, national and international organizations.
• The cost of the report by an auditor, with the limit of 2,000 euros per year, and the beneficiary.
• Travel costs linked to the work of coordination and networking, up to a limit of 10,000 per beneficiary.

The indirect costs shall be calculated, without the need to provide justifications, through the implementation of a percentage of 21 per cent on the total expenditure of the performance validly justified.

• Internationalization (20 per cent).
• Sexual exploitation and dissemination of results (20 per cent).

The aid granted in the framework of this call is incompatible, during its implementation period, with any other public aid at european level, state or autonomous community with identical objectives and purpose.
