Le escribo desde la oficina del ILO de España en CERN, encargada de hacer de enlace entre el CERN y la industria española designado por CDTI.
El CERN (Laboratorio Europeo de Física de Partículas) situado en Ginebra (Suiza) es un organismo internacional para la investigación en física de partículas. Esta Gran Instalación Científica contrata suministros y servicios industriales de alto nivel tecnológico para el diseño, construcción y mantenimiento de sus instalaciones; más de 500 millones de € en 2024.
Le escribo porque se acaba de publicar la documentación para el suministro descrito en la especificación adjunta. Les invito a leerla con detalle:
MS-5095/SCE - Provision of Civil and Geotechnical Engineering Consultancy Services for Future Circular Collider Site Investigations in France and Switzerland
The present Market Survey concerns the provision of civil engineering, geotechnical, environmental and permitting consultancy services for site investigation works to be executed in Switzerland and France related to the Future Circular Collider (FCC) at CERN in as part of the FCC next study phase. The services will be awarded to a Firm or a Group of Firms which will be responsible for all design services, pre-investigation management, support to tendering, technical and legal services for permitting processes, environmental services, management and on-site supervision of site investigation contracts, and civil and final geotechnical engineering reporting. This Market Survey will be followed by an Invitation to Tender foreseen to be sent to qualified and selected Firms and Group of Firms in Q3 2025 for a contract to commence in Q1 2026. The contract will have two stages: Stage A, the pre-investigation phase with a duration of around 18 months; and Stage B, the investigation phase with an equivalent duration of around 18 months. Stage B will only proceed in the event of additional project approval by CERN and therefore this phase will be optional and is not planned to run concurrently with Stage A.
The future Invitation to Tender will be adjudicated on a best-value-for-money basis.

Se ha dado de plazo provisional hasta el 22 de mayo de 2025 para enviar el cuestionario técnico, que servirá para seleccionar a las empresas que serán invitadas a ofertar. No obstante, mientras el enlace adjuntado siga accesible, aún sería posible participar, aunque se hubiese vencido el plazo.
