Science and innovation missions 2025: the CDTI Innovation published the final proposals of the missions
After the period of public consultation and the process of co design collaboratively with agents of the Spanish System of science, technology and innovation, and representatives of the General state administration linked to these missions, the CDTI innovation has updated its website the document with the final proposals from missions that will define strategic challenges of the convening of Science and innovation Missions 2025
The missions of the convening of the Missions 2025 science and innovation are the fruit of CDTI codiseño between Innovation, officers of the system of science, technology and innovation and the General state administration, and falls within the activities of the CDTI Lab, the space of codiseño defined in the strategic Plan for the period 2024 – 2027 to adapt their programmes and instruments to the needs of innovative ecosystem through participatory processes based on, or open invitations in certain cases.
The missions selected meet desafíos-país socio-economic identified during the participatory and are neutral, except for occasional illustrative quotations. The CDTI Innovation invites companies to carry out r & D & I projects to develop technologies that are considered more appropriate to contribute to resolving each challenge.
For the convening of 2025, the final seven missions are:
- Technological solutions to reduce hospital stays and pressure assistance
- An artificial intelligence responsible
- A safe interconnected and contribute to greater strategic autonomy
- Territorial planning and management to improve the resilience and coping with climate risks
- Strategic sovereignty in the mineral raw materials essential for the industry and energy transition
- Training for the strategic autonomy in security and defence
- Sustainable mobility and decarbonisation of transport and large volumes
With the advance publication of the challenges that will appear on the convening of Science and innovation Missions 2025, the CDTI Innovation potential available to participants the configuration of their consortia and the design of its proposals to ensure an early alignment with the objectives of the call. This publication also responds to the criteria of transparency contained in the strategic Plan 2024 – 2027 of CDTI.
Convening scheduled for may 2025
The convening of Science and innovation Missions 2025 will be published and are expected to open in may 2025, date from which you should formally submit requests to be eligible for financing of projects in each mission.
