The CDTI Innovation has resumed the deadline for submitting applications for the call “Innovation and Transfer Ecosystems 2025”, linked to the Complementary Plan for Knowledge Transfer and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the framework of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2024-2027.

The resumption takes place after the modification of the Resolution of 10 December 2025, approved by Resolution of 18 February 2026 of the Presidency of the CDTI, with the aim of introducing technical clarifications and strengthening the legal certainty of the call.

In particular, the amendments introduced concern the requirement for the availability of ERDF funds in the autonomous communities where the actions are carried out, certain aspects relating to eligible expenditure and funding limits, as well as the aid scheme applicable to research bodies.

In addition, the deadline for submitting applications has been modified. Thus, the deadline will remain open until March 11, 2026 at 12:00 hours (peninsular time).

The call for Innovation and Transfer Ecosystems 2025 aims to finance actions to support the development of ecosystems and innovative interregional environments aimed at the transfer, dissemination and valorisation of knowledge, promoting collaborative models, promoting scientific-technological culture among the different agents of the system, as well as social and territorial cohesion.
