The CDTI Innovation search a spanish company to work with Egypt in the development of a technological project for the treatment and water desalination

In particular, will be dealt with in the manufacture of nanofiltration membranes by means of covering reticulación of membranes and composed of thin film, using quitosano as the active layer, ultrafiltration membranes of poliacrilonitrilo hydrolyze as support membranes and tannic Acid reticulación agent.

On previous experience, the investigator manufactured nanofiltration membranes from a compound of quitosano reticulado tannic Acid and on a poliacrilonitrilo membrane through a mechanism filling of pores. However, this work prior presented some constraints, such as chemical instability and thermal manufactured membranes and low resistance to the embedding. In this proposal is expected that the combination of materials raised above could provide control over the membranes obtained in terms of morphology, porosity, hidrofilicidad, thermal stability and antimicrobial activity.

The objective of this quest is constitute an international consortium between at least a spanish company to collaborate with Beni Suef University to develop a project of I + D + i eligible to participate in the9Th Called for bilateral projects España-egipto r & D.
