The CDTI SICC Innvierte of Innovation invests, together with the group Álea COCUNAT, for the development of innovative cosmetic, healthy and sustainable

This company in barcelona was born in 2016, founded by Sara Werner and Ignasi Faus, with a mandate to establish products from toxic.

Guided by science and longevity, machines cosmetics developing high-impact solutions for skin care and results of aesthetic medicine, in your home.

Through research and development, innovation and science merge with formulas advanced, cutting-edge technologies, toxic assets free and exclusive art devices.

Each formula is borne out by dermatologists and designers, backed by independent clinical trials and acknowledged with over 29 international awards.

The CDTI, through Innovation Innvierte, just closed an operation of investment in this endeavour with AFIGEST GLOBAL CORPORATION, S.L. (Group Álea) with a contribution of 900,000 euro.

Álea group

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI innovation has committed 2,183 M €in 57 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 602 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of 632 M €in 188 businesses.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.

CDTI Innovation

The centre for technological development and innovation, CDTI E.P.E. is the agency for innovation of the ministry of science, innovation and universities, whose goal is the promotion of technological innovation in business.
