The CDTI SICC Innvierte of investing in Innovation 011h, together with five coinversores, to promote a digital platform addressed to the design and construction of buildings

011h is a catalan startup that has created a new building model based on three pillars: circularity of materials, digitization and industrialization of the whole process. Its solution improves on the energy performance of buildings, decreases the carbon footprint of the materials used, shortens the time limits of design and construction and enhances the quality and reliability.

This technology company, founded in 2020 by Lucas Carné, josé Manuel Villanueva, Josep Barbera and Carlos Llibre, design and construction of turnkey property developers, integrating prefabricated solutions with different materials such as timber, concrete and metallic light. This strategy enables diversify suppliers and construction systems and implement the process in a controlled environment, improving quality, reducing the deadlines for construction and reducing CO2 emissions by more than 50 per cent over the conventional construction methods and enhanced by digitalisation at every stage of the process.

Your value proposition focuses on providing multifamily housing affordable and sustainable spaces, with better built upon, agility in the delivery and reliability of the costs.

The product of 011h emphasizes by its best quality, reduced requirements for maintenance and 20% more energy efficiency.

Thanks to its digital platform, suppliers can easily integrate their products in the workflows of designers and contractors. In Addition, this technological solution includes a tool kit for architects that allows Optimal design at the lowest cost. It also reduces risks in the decisions of the initiators, optimizes the recruitment and improvement project planning and implementation.

After setting up a project each year between 2021 and 2024 for clients like Aedas or Culmia in 2025, the company is constructing four promotions and is expected to commence another two before the end of the year, representing a total of 520 dwellings and eur 50 million. In the face of 2026, 011h has already committed new projects worth eur 100 million.

The CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has closed an operation of investment in this endeavour with SEAYA ANDROMEDA SUSTAINABLE TECH FUND I RCF REDALPINE CAPITAL, SCS, SYCHAR (investor french), BREEGA VENTURE II (luxembourg investor), BSOCIAL IMPACT FUND, FESE, S.A. and BSOCIAL IMPACT FUND II FESE, S.A., with a sum of €5.436.000 investment.

This participation, the CDTI Innovation strengthens its commitment to fight against climate change, allowing the reduction of carbon footprint and participates in the transformation of the construction sector, promoting wider access and sustainable housing.

SEAYA ANDROMEDA SUSTAINABLE TECH FUND I RCF

Seaya Andromeda is a sustainable technology fund, managed by SEAYA SGEIC, CAPITAL, S.A., addressing global challenges through technology. Its mission is to address these challenges and to generate profit with a purpose through investments in companies driven by technology with a measurable impact. The size of the fund is eur 300 million and its focus is on the fields of energy, decarbonisation, circular economy food value chain and technology for sustainable resource efficiency.

REDALPINE SCS CAPITAL SYCHAR,

Redalpine is one of venture capital funds with more experience in europe. Its investment team consists of scientists and operators. Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI innovation has committed 2,661 M €in 61 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 622 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of 723 M €in 190 firms.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
