Me complace adjuntar información relativa a la publicación del contrato  F4E-OMF-1609 - Design and Manufacturing of Remote Handling Assembly Tools and Systems  en  procedimiento competitivo con negociación que será gestionado por F4E (ver documentación aquí) siendo la fecha límite el 06/12/2024.

Se adjunta breve descripción del alcance:  

The scope of the Framework Contract concerns the provision of Design and
Manufacturing of Remote Handling Assembly Tools and Systems. The procurement of RH Systems will include: 1. First of a Kind RH Systems with simplified configurations for the ITER machine assembly (no radiation) and, 2. RH systems with full configurations for the ITER nuclear operations. Before embarking on the procurement of the RH Systems needed for the ITER nuclear operations, it is foreseen to design and manufacture a series of simplified First of a Kind (FOAK) systems to be used to install components during machine assembly and beyond, up until the moment the level of radiation impedes their use and the related hands-on assistance. The primary subject of this Framework Contract will be the design and manufacturing of the FOAK systems. However, additional needs that are not classified as PIA
/PIC for services and supplies related to the procurement of the RH systems for the ITER nuclear operations may also be procured under this Framework Contract. Divertor RH System (DRHS), Cask and Plug RH System (CPRHS) and Neutral Beam RH System (NBRHS) are included in the scope of this Framework Contract.

Estimated value excluding VAT: 60 000 000.00 EUR

           STEP 1 (Selection of Candidates):
           o Submission of Requests to Participate: 06/December/2024
            o Information to candidates of the results of the selection step:                                    31/January/2025
           STEP 2 (Invitation to Tender to Selected Candidates):
           o Submission of initial tenders 11/ March/2025
           o Clarifications and negotiation phase: Late March to Mid-May 2025
           o Invitation to submit the final tender: Mid-June 2025
           o Submission of final tender:Mid-July 2025
            o Award decision Expected for October 2025
            o Contract signature: Expected for November 2025
