PCP Agreements
Science, Technology and Innovation 14/2011Law, from 1st june, and the Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation 2020-2027, both included the need to promote procurement to strengthen the demand of innovative products.
This is the reason why CDTI and selected Public Entities decide to engage a process of pre-commercial procurement. Agreements signed between CDTI and Public entities are listed below:

On 12 december 2023, an Agreement is published in BOE between CDTI, E.P.E. and Catalan Institute of Health (ICS), on pre-commercial procurement of R&D services for obtaining demostrators to validate the feasibility of using an evolutionary simulation pore pulmonary through artificial intelligence (SEPI-IA) in a hospital setting.

On 11 july 2023, is published an agreement at the BOE between CDTI, E.P.E. and Catalan Institute of Health (ICS), on pre-commercial procurement of R & D services to obtain demostrators to validate the feasibility of using green hydrogen from by-products, as a system of support and energy system, ensuring sustainability criteria and respect the environment in a hospital setting.

On 24 february 2023, is published in the BOE the agreement between the CDTI, E.P.E. and the institute of health Carlos III, on commercial procurement of R & D services, in the area of biorreactores platforms for single-use production based on biodrugs from autologous cells.

On 30 april 2020 was published in the B.O.E. the Agreement between the CDTI and Galician Health Service, on pre-commercial procurement of R & D services for development of solutions to support tools for monitoring and controlling clinical trials and to measure results, allowing it to be conducted in a comprehensive and will be reached in a more escalation to broader patient groups .

On 24 april 2023 was published in the BOE the agreement between the CDTI E.P.E., and the consortium IFMIF-DONES Spain. This Convention originates having identified the need to develop validators systems and materials in fusion energy.

On 1 december 2023 was published in the BOE the agreement between the CDTI, E.P.E and Region of Extremadura. This agreement originates having identified the need to develop an autonomous robotic platform for development of tasks in surgical procedures in laparoscopic surgery.

- Autonomous community of the region of Murcia
On 28 april 2020 was published in the B.O.E. the Agreement between the CDTI and the autonomous community of the region of Murcia in the ministry of employment, research and universities, on pre-commercial procurement of services of R & D. This convention originates having identified the need for the University of Murcia an intelligent campus through the application of technology of the border, highly connected and whose profits in their development can improve the quality of life and well-being of the university community and society.

- The administrator of the railway infrastructure (ADIF)
On 27 may 2020 was published in the B.O.E. the Agreement between the CDTI and the administrator of the railway infrastructure (ADIF) and ADIF-Alta Speed on pre-commercial procurement of services of R & D. This convention arises from the need to monitor the evolution of the state of the rail infrastructure and places the objective in two areas: bridges and viaducts as well as diversion, with the objective of optimizing the maintenance looking for minimising the risks in service.

On 27 may 2020 was published in the B.O.E. the Agreement between the CDTI and the department of economy, employment and industry of the Xunta de Galicia, relating to pre-commercial procurement of services of R & D. This convention arises from the need to facilitate safe and efficient operations of unmanned vehicles in shared air spaces through simulation. Technological solutions and operational activities to develop would help to eliminate the barriers to accessibility to airspace, complying with the safety requirements established by the aeronautical authorities.
