CRB Digital Health III, F.C.R.E. It is the first European fund 100% dedicated to digital health based in Spain. It is managed by CRB Health Tech, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. and focused on investing in companies with a proven model and a clear opportunity for growth. Its strategy is oriented to the development of disruptive technologies applied to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of patients, as well as platforms that contribute to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the healthcare system.
The incorporation of the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, in this fund, with a commitment of 10 million euros, consolidates the institutional support for a strategy focused on the development of innovative solutions in the field of digital health to transform the health system through innovation, technology and long-term capital. The common objective of this initiative is to consolidate Spain as a reference hub in digital health in southern Europe, promoting the development of technologies that improve the efficiency, quality of care and sustainability of the health system.

CRB Health Tech
CRB Health Tech, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. is a venture capital management company specializing in investment in healthcare technologies: biotechnology, medical devices and digital health.
Founded in 2008 by a multidisciplinary team based in Madrid and Barcelona, it supports visionary entrepreneurs and innovative projects that are transforming the healthcare landscape through the use of disruptive technologies.
The investment thesis of the CRB Digital Health III fund focuses on the convergence of digital technologies and medical care. They seek opportunities that span platforms that bridge gaps in healthcare access and efficiency, diagnostic solutions that improve accuracy, and treatment solutions that empower patients through digital interventions, achieving better clinical outcomes. By providing this strategic support, they are committed to driving positive transformations in the health sector.
Innvierte
Innvierte is an initiative whose objective is to promote business innovation by supporting venture capital investment in technology-based or innovative companies. This program is implemented through the closed-ended collective investment company Innvierte Economía Permanente SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and subject to the supervision of the National Securities Market Commission and of which CDTI Innovation is a single shareholder.
To date, the CDTI Innovation has committed, through Innvierte, 3,478.5 M€ in 61 investment vehicles and, through its co-investment line, has directly committed an amount of 866.1 M€ in 197 companies.
Innvierte is part of the Spanish Strategy of Science, Technology and Innovation 2021-2027, approved by Agreement of the Council of Ministers, in September 2020. This Strategy contains the objectives, reforms and measures that must be adopted throughout the field of R+D+I in order to boost its growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the Government's R+D+I policy for the coming years is based.
