The Transparency and Good Governance Council improves the assessment of the CDTI Innovation Transparency Portal, which reaches a compliance rate of 75.4% and consolidates its positive evolution
The Transparency and Good Governance Council (CTBG) has raised to 75.4% the Mandatory Information Compliance Index (ICIO) of the CDTI Innovation, the indicator that evaluates the degree of compliance with the obligations of active advertising established by the current regulations. This result represents a significant improvement over the previous evaluation and consolidates the positive evolution recorded during the last year.
The evaluation highlights the work carried out by the different areas involved to strengthen institutional transparency and improve the quality, accessibility and availability of the information published on the Transparency Portal of the CDTI website.
In compliance with Law 19/2013 on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, the Transparency Portal of the CDTI Innovation gathers updated information on the organization and planning of the entity, its normative and legal activity, as well as on its economic, budgetary and statistical management. Among other contents, it includes information on the organizational structure, strategic and action plans, contracting, agreements, annual accounts, grants, activity indicators and other relevant data that facilitate the knowledge of the activity of the entity and the management of public resources.
Although the report identifies some areas for improvement, the CTBG expressly highlights the evolution experienced by the CDTI since the previous evaluation and appreciates the interest shown by the entity throughout the review process.
This progress reinforces the CDTI’s commitment to the principles of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement in the management of public information and contributes to providing increasingly clear, complete and accessible access to information of interest to citizens.
