The CDTI Innovation seeks a Spanish company to collaborate with Peru in an artificial intelligence project applied to digital dentistry
The initiative proposes the development of new artificial intelligence components for a clinical data management platform oriented to treatments with orthodontic aligners, promoting the application of advanced digital technologies in the field of health and dentistry
The Peruvian company ODONTOCLÍNICA EIRL, integrated into the Alium ecosystem and specialized in dental clinical care, digital dentistry and development of solutions for orthodontic aligners, is developing a platform called Dentalign Peru, aimed at transforming the workflow of treatments with aligners through the integration of 3D technology, artificial intelligence, clinical traceability and local manufacturing.
The platform will allow dentists and orthodontists to digitally upload their patients’ clinical information, including intraoral scans, photographs, X-rays, clinical indications and treatment goals. Likewise, the solution includes functionalities to validate the quality and completeness of the information received, assist in the digital planning of cases, generate structured reports for the treating professional, facilitate the approval of treatments and articulate the process of local production of aligners.
The Peruvian entity, which has clinical experience, productive capacity and knowledge of the Peruvian dental market, as well as its own infrastructure for 3D printing, thermoforming, trimming and quality control of aligners, seeks a Spanish company with capabilities in medical software development, artificial intelligence, clinical data science, cybersecurity, interoperability and validation of digital solutions in health. The objective is to strengthen the artificial intelligence component of the platform, accelerate its technological development and improve the governance and validation of clinical data, as well as advance its internationalization.
