The CDTI Innovation seeks a Spanish company to collaborate with Brazil in an R&D project in the agri-food sector
The initiative aims to analyze the quality of sweet milk and develop predictive models to determine the end point of production and its quality attributes.
The CERTA-UAB, research entity of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona specialized in technology and food quality, seeks a Spanish company to collaborate with a Brazilian entity in an R&D project on the production of sweet milk.
The initiative proposes to develop a system that combines optical sensors and artificial intelligence to monitor the process in real time, predict quality parameters and determine the optimal processing point.
The participating company must have industrial production capacity for sweet milk and provide samples from different stages of the process and from different batches, as well as an industrial environment to validate the technology.
The project is part of the Hispano-Brazilian Technology Cooperation Programs, managed by the CDTI Innovation.
