The CDTI Innovation seeks a Spanish company to collaborate with Saudi Arabia in electric mobility
The initiative proposes the development of an R&D project in electric mobility focused on the development of hardware and software of chargers for electric vehicles
The company Pioneers of Industry for Electronic Systems (PIESCO), based in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), offers a fully integrated electronic manufacturing platform, allowing greater scalability and access to the regional market for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and global companies. Its capabilities include PCB design, manufacturing, assembly (SMT/DIP), testing, protective coating, maintenance and reverse engineering.
The objective of the company is to find a Spanish partner with whom to co-develop chargers for electric vehicles that allow:
- Dynamic load balancing and fail-safe charging
- Intelligent charging systems that balance load, cost and user preferences
- Intelligent charging programming with solar energy (solar only, solar surplus or hybrid)
- Analysis of the battery status
The proposed proposal aims to be submitted to the 2026 call for international technological cooperation projects with certification and unilateral monitoring.
