How to participate in the program?
Spanish participants will have to register in the CDTI the Bilateral application through the CDTI electronic headquarters, submitting an application for an R&D project with International Technological Cooperation (PCTI)/Bilateral Projects with India.
Although there is more than one Spanish entity in the project, only one application will be registered by the entity that is responsible for representing the consortium before the CDTI.
The applicant must attach the following documentation (templates available on the web system):
- Activity diagram (Gantt), which describes the tasks to be performed by each of the participants of the international consortium.
- Application Form:This report, written in English, should emphasize the project as a whole, the activities of the participants and the importance of it for all partners. It must be agreed, completed and signed by all the parties of the international consortium.
- Draft of Consortium Collaboration Agreement: document in English that guarantees the execution of the project and describes the agreed conditions for the exploitation of the results. It must be submitted signed by the legal representatives of all participating entities, before its final approval by the CDTI.
- High telematics of the proposal in the Electronic Headquarters of CDTI: The management of the application includes the preparation of documentation and filling in a questionnaire with technical, economic and administrative data of each of the Spanish participants, associated with its financing.
- Other documents that may be required, depending on the case: declarations of aid of the company, type and category of company, any other documentation of interest (optional), etc.
Each country, through its managing bodies, the CDTI in Spain, and the Indian agency of the corresponding program, are responsible for the evaluation and subsequent certification of approved projects with a "quality seal" that offers participating companies:
- Added value associated with international cooperation and official recognition of the technological level of the participants.
- It facilitates companies to obtain financial aid in each country according to their own rules and without exchange of funds.
